This Valentine’s Day, The Room takes inspiration from Copa Cabana—not as a theme, but as a feeling.

A one-night-only prix-fixe dinner from 7–10 PM sets the tone with live music and dancing, followed by The Salsa Social as the space transitions into a high-energy, late-night dance floor.
